Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message, with optional business and phone details. These are used to understand your request, respond and discuss possible work. They are not added to a marketing mailing list by this form.
Website and email services
The website is hosted with IONOS and enquiries are delivered to Nathan’s IONOS mailbox. Hosting and email services process the information needed to provide those services. The form uses a short-lived security session and a limited anti-spam record derived from the connection’s IP address. It does not store your enquiry in a public website file.
Keeping information
Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. Relevant business records may need to be retained separately. You can ask Nathan about the information held about you or request its deletion; some records may need to be kept for applicable obligations. Form anti-spam records expire after one hour and are pruned when the next enquiry is processed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or raise an objection to its use where applicable. Contact Nathan first with any concerns. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
