WHAT IT CAN HELP WITH
A useful next step
for your business.
- Capture receipts and expense details using an agreed channel.
- Organise costs by job, supplier or category.
- Flag missing details and uncertain matches for a person to review.
- Prepare a weekly or monthly summary from the available records.
Keep the right checks in place.
Reports are only as complete as the records provided. This supports your existing bookkeeping process; it does not replace an accountant or verify tax treatment.
BEFORE WE START
A couple of
useful answers.
Can costs be split by job?
Yes, where each record includes a reliable job reference. Missing or unclear references should be flagged for review.
Will the report show profit?
Only if the required income and cost information is available and the calculation is agreed. A costs summary alone is not a profit report.
